We came to Finland because we wanted to find out something about other cultures, like Finnish, German, Spanish, Hungarian and British.
We found out some differences and similarities between our countries.
Differences: animals (elk), food (grane food, salt candy), habits (sauna), school life (going outside during breaks, walking without shoes in school, twinned lessons, buffet systen in school canteen), temperature (in winter there is about -20 degrees), ecological system of life,...
Similarities: family life (bed time, both parents are working, same clothing..), jobs, after school activities, sports,
Making computer games is very popular in Finland, for example Angry Birds. We had a meeting with producer from Rovio.
Finland has sofisticated education system. Primary school is only from 0th to 6th grade.
We enjoyed our trip in Finland, we met a lot of new friends a we learned new things.
