What a fantastic day! We began with a presentation by the app developers behind Angry Birds to find out how they started, the roles within the company and how they have expanded into new areas so that the company carries on growing and supporting the 260 million users that play Angry Birds.
After that, we were treated to a visit to an enterprise village where a class had been given roles that they had to take on for the day. It was wonderful to see to many children using the opportunity to find out about the different jobs within the region. They also saw the reality of what happens to their pay.
